Polaroid Positives
Aged Polaroid original images created with Type 55 Polaroid film and a wooden pinhole camera.
The image has been degrading over time, creating a halo of color after years of oxidizing with the air.
The process is arrested after coating the image with a fixer solution.
Type 55 film has be discontinued. The film after exposing and using a polaroid back on the camera, a positive polaroid image and a film 4" x 5" negative tp print from.
Becasue of the scarcity of this film, these images are precious to me.
